Institute of Policy Research (IPR)
IPR is an independent research unit of Uttara University funded by the University. The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. M. Azizur Rahman is the 'Chief Adviser' of the Institute. Prof. Dr. Debi Narayan Rudra Paul is the Director of the Institute. IPR specializes in research strategy, policy and program design, evaluating and implementing of projects on thematic areas of Economics, Business, Education, Energy, Environment, Health, Social Policy, and Technology Transfer, etc.
