This is for information of all concerned that the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has announced three (3) days of State Mourning from 31.12.2025 to 02.01.2026 following the sad demise of Begum Khaleda Zia, former Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
In this regard, Wednesday 31.12.2025 has been declared a general holiday throughout the country. Accordingly, all academic and administrative activities of Uttara University will remain closed on Wednesday 31.12.2025.
All activities of the university will resume on Thursday 01.01.2026.
