On the morning of May 9, 2026, Uttara University had the distinct honor of participating in the China-Bangladesh Education Cooperation Forum 2026. The event, held at the prestigious International Mother Language Institute in Dhaka, served as a premier venue for fostering international diplomacy and academic growth. Representing the university were the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Eaysmin Ara Lekha, and the Director of the International Relations Center (IRC), Sheikh Yasha Shan, who engaged with a distinguished assembly of global and local leaders.
The forum featured an esteemed lineup of guests, including the Honorable Minister of Education, A.N.M. Ehsanul Hoque Milon, and the Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh. The gathering brought together representatives from over 15 renowned Chinese universities, enterprises, and hospitals, alongside top officials from the University Grants Commission (UGC), BUET, and the Ministry of Education. This collective presence underscored the high level of commitment from both nations to elevate the standards of higher education and industrial collaboration.



Throughout the session, participants explored an inspiring platform dedicated to strengthening academic ties and collaborative research.
