On 16 October 2025, the Office of External Affairs, Uttara University, in collaboration with Compass, organized a seminar on higher education opportunities at the University of Wolverhampton, UK, held at the Seminar Hall of Uttara University.

The keynote session was conducted by Ms. Bhavna Bagga, Head of Admission and Head of Region (South Asia), University of Wolverhampton. In her presentation, she shared comprehensive insights into the academic structure, campus environment, scholarship opportunities, and admission procedures, encouraging students to pursue international education for global exposure and academic excellence.

Mr. Mustafa Javed, Managing Director of Compass, also addressed the session, highlighting Compass’s continuous support in facilitating higher education opportunities for Bangladeshi students in the UK.

The program was anchored by Mr Anichur Rahman, Deputy Director, Office of External Affairs, and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr Javed Mahmud, Assistant Professor, who motivated students to strive for international academic advancement.
