This is for the information of all concerned that the schedule for the Photo Shoot for Student ID Cards for newly admitted students who were unable to attend the previous photo sessions or have not yet had their photographs taken has been rescheduled due to the upcoming Puja holidays and other relevant circumstances.
The revised photo shoot schedule, including the respective dates and time slots are attached herewith.
Students concerned are hereby instructed to check the revised schedule carefully and appear in person at the designated venue according to their respective dates and time slots.
Students are requested to:
- Attend the photo session as per the attached schedule.
- Venue: Indoor Games Room (1st Floor) at 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The concerned department will subsequently inform the students of their respective photo shoot time slots based on their batch and Student ID number range, as per the attached schedule.
- Wear formal attire and avoid wearing white clothing during the photo session.
- Complete the photo session within the scheduled period to avoid delays in Student ID Card issuance.
- Check the ERP system, if applicable, to confirm that their photographs have been successfully uploaded.
- Collect the Student ID Card from the Office of IT (5th Floor, Room No. 5120) upon receiving notification through notice/SMS.
A valid Student ID Card is mandatory for campus entry and availing the University bus service.
All Deans, Chairpersons, Coordinators, and faculty members are requested to take necessary measures to inform the concerned newly admitted students accordingly.
