This is to inform all concerned that the “Grand Finale of the VC Sports Week” will be held on Friday, 07 August 2026, commencing at 4:00 PM on the university playground.
All students, faculty members, and staff of Uttara University are cordially invited to attend the Grand Finale of VC Sports Week 2026. The Grand Finale marks the culmination of a week-long celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and excellence.
Esteemed presence and wholehearted participation of all concerned will greatly contribute to making this prestigious event a memorable success.
The program will conclude with exciting live performances by two popular bands—Eden’s Garden and Encore— providing a fitting celebration of the occasion.
Program Schedule is as follows:
4:00 PM – 4:10 PM: Welcome Address by the Moderator
4:10 PM – 4:20 PM: Speech by the Advisor, Sports Club
4:20 PM – 4:30 PM: Speech by the Director, Office of Student Affairs (OSA)
4:30 PM – 4:45 PM: Speech by the Honorable Member, Board of Trustees
4:45 PM – 5:00 PM: Speech by the Honorable Vice Chancellor
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Prize Giving Ceremony
6:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Live Band Performances by Eden’s Garden and Encore
