Dr. Soeb Md. Shoayeb Noman is an Associate Professor and the Director of the BBA Program at the Department of Business Administration, Uttara University, where he teaches quantitative and analytical courses across undergraduate and graduate programs. With a Ph.D. in Health Economics, an MBA in Finance and Banking from IBA-JU, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from Jahangirnagar University, Dr. Noman combines strong academic expertise with a passion for mentoring future business leaders. He also serves as an Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell, working closely with the University Grants Commission to enhance academic quality and institutional excellence. Dedicated to fostering analytical thinking and effective writing, Dr. Noman actively supports students in developing their careers as professionals and entrepreneurs.
