The Institutional Ranking Cell (IRC) of Uttara University was established in July 2024. The cell is responsible for participating in reputed regional and international league tables and is directly accountable to the Board of Trustees.

The responsibility of the cell includes ranking strategy development, data collection and analysis, coordination with schools and departments, benchmarking and comparative analysis, submission preparation and policy and procedure development.
