Dean's Message

As one of the founding schools in 2003, the School of Business (SoB) has been the Uttara University’s flagship school, dedicated to the belief that true education is the fusion of intelligence and character.

With over one-third of our regular members holding PhDs from premier institutions across North America, Europe, and Asia, we bring global insights directly into the classroom. We bridge the skills gap by integrating AI literacy, interactive modules, and industry-led certifications into our BBA and MBA programs. We prioritize experiential growth through industry mentorship, reflective thinking, and our SYNERGY newsletter. In an era defined by AI and automation, our goal is to create lifelong learners who possess the "soft skills" that machines cannot replicate: creativity, empathy, ethics, humility and critical inquiry.
