Uttara University hosted the three-day AST Model United Nations (AST MUN) Conference from September 4 to 6, 2026, with participation from students of ten institutions.

The conference focused on developing students’ skills in diplomacy, leadership, public speaking, negotiation, and critical thinking.

The concluding Award Giving Ceremony was attended by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Eaysmin Ara Lekha as the Chief Guest, along with Dr. Ishrat Hossain, Dean, School of Business Administration, and Sajeda Tamanna Hussain, Deputy Director, Office of Student Affairs (OSA), among others.

The programme was jointly organized by the Office of External Affairs and the School of Business Administration.
