This is for information of all concerned that Uttara University will participate in the Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026, scheduled to be held from 12–14 September 2026 at the Novo Theatre, Dhaka, on the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

In order to ensure effective and distinguished representation of Uttara University at the Fair, all faculty members and students of the University are hereby invited to submit their innovative projects, ideas, prototypes, research works, or other relevant innovations/proposals for consideration and possible selection for presentation at the event.

Interested faculty members and students are requested to submit a brief synopsis of their proposed work following the instructions below:

1. The synopsis must be prepared within 250 words and should not exceed one page.
2. The synopsis should briefly include the title of the project/idea, nature of the innovation, objective, relevance or significance, expected impact, and present stage of development, where applicable.
3. The synopsis must also clearly include the following contact and identification information of the applicant/team representative:

• Name
• Student ID / Faculty ID
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Department
• For students: Batch and Section

1. In the case of a group/team submission, the synopsis should preferably mention the names and relevant identification details of all team members, while clearly identifying one member as the team representative/contact person.
2. The synopsis must be submitted in PDF format through the designated Google Form.

5. The deadline for submission is 07 September 2026 at 11:59 PM.

All submissions will be reviewed and screened by the Committee constituted by the University Authority for participation in the Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026. The Committee will evaluate the submissions and select the most promising, innovative, relevant, and presentable works for possible representation of Uttara University at the Fair.

The screening and selection process will be conducted on 08 September 2026, and the selected participants will be informed at the earliest convenience for further preparation and coordination.

Faculty members are also requested to encourage interested and innovative students to participate and submit their projects, ideas, prototypes, research works, or relevant proposals within the stipulated deadline.

All concerned are requested to extend their cooperation to ensure the successful participation and effective representation of Uttara University at the Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026.
