The workshop was conducted by Mr. Zihan Kaisar, Assistant Professor in the Department of Textile Engineering, who shared valuable insights into the core components and methodologies of the OBE framework. The event was attended by Professor Dr. Md. The core of the seminar focused on practical approaches to designing, assessment-mapping, and continuously evaluating academic programs to meet stringent international accreditation criteria. By shifting the educational focus from traditional teaching inputs to measurable student outcomes, the workshop underscored Uttara University’s commitment to maintaining top-tier academic excellence and ensuring its engineering and design graduates are globally competitive.

The session concluded with a highly interactive discussion where faculty members exchanged ideas, addressed curriculum challenges, and collaborated on implementation strategies. Participants expressed immense benefit from the training, noting that the insights gained would substantially enhance their technical skills and streamline the effective execution of the OBE curriculum across their respective departments.
