Notice regarding photo shoot for student ID Card (Only for the newly admitted students of Summer 2026)

This is for information of all concerned that updated photographs of the newly admitted students of the Summer 2026 semester are required for the preparation of Student ID Cards. In this regard, all newly admitted students are hereby instructed to attend the photo session within the scheduled time frame mentioned below.

Instructions:

  1. Mandatory Presence:
    All newly admitted students of the Summer 2026 semester must appear in person at the designated venue within the specified period for photograph collection.
  2. Dress Code:
    Students are requested to wear formal attire during the photo session.
  3. Restriction on Clothing:
    Wearing white clothing is strictly prohibited due to technical/background requirements of the photo shoot.
  4. Delay in ID Card Issuance:
    Students who fail to complete the photo session within the stipulated time may face delays in receiving their Student ID Cards.
  5. Collection of Student ID Card:
    Students will be notified through notice/SMS when the Student ID Cards are ready for collection from the Office of IT (5th Floor, Room No. 5120).

 

Important Note:

A valid Student ID Card is mandatory for entering the University campus and availing the University bus service. Students without a valid ID Card may be denied campus entry and transportation facilities.

All Deans, Chairpersons, Coordinators, and faculty members are requested to take necessary measures to inform the newly admitted students of the Summer 2026 semester regarding the above instructions.
