All students, faculty members, and administrative staff of Uttara University are hereby informed that, in light of the ongoing global energy crisis and the need for prudent energy management, the university authority has decided to impose a temporary restriction on the requisition of buses and microbuses for non-essential purposes.

All stakeholders are kindly requested to refrain from submitting requisitions for university transport unless it is absolutely essential and duly justified. Priority will be given only to academic, administrative, and emergency requirements as approved by the Transport Committee.

This measure has been taken to ensure optimal utilization of fuel resources and to support national efforts toward energy conservation. Your cooperation and understanding in this regard are highly appreciated.

The restriction will remain in effect until further notice.

For any urgent or unavoidable transport requirement, prior approval from the Office of Transport must be obtained.
