The Uttara University Center for Research and Training (CRT) successfully organized two academic seminars in December 2025 at Conference Room 2100 as part of the CRT Seminar Series 2025, reinforcing the university’s commitment to research excellence and academic integrity.

The first seminar featured Dr. Md. Adnan Rahman, Associate Professor, School of Business, Uttara University, who delivered an insightful session titled “Ethical Research Practices and Publications in High-Indexed Journals: A Practical Guide for Emerging Scholars with Insights from AI-Driven Consumer Behavior Research.” The session provided practical guidance on ethical research conduct, publication strategies, and the evolving role of AI in scholarly research.

The second seminar, titled “Quality Physical Education (QPE) in Bangladesh: Promotion of Sport Participation in Schools and Beyond,” was presented by Md. Nazrul Islam Rumee, National Athletic Coach and Adjunct Faculty, Department of Physical Education, Uttara University. The presentation highlighted the importance of quality physical education in fostering sports participation and holistic development in educational institutions.

The seminars were attended by a diverse audience, including faculty members, researchers, graduate students, and invited guests, who benefited from in-depth discussions and knowledge sharing on contemporary research and education-related issues.

Throughout 2025, the Center for Research and Training (CRT) organized a total of ten seminars under the Seminar Series, featuring presenters from fourteen academic departments. These initiatives reflect Uttara University’s continued dedication to academic excellence, ethical scholarship, and innovation-driven research culture.
