A thought-provoking seminar titled “Leadership in the Globalized Era” was held at Uttara University on 24 January, offering valuable global insights into contemporary leadership practices in an increasingly interconnected world.

The seminar was organized by the Office of International Affairs, in collaboration with the Department of Law. Professor Moshfique Uddin, Chair in Financial Management and Departmental Director for Internationalisation, Accounting and Finance at the University of Leeds, graced the event as the keynote speaker.

The program was attended by esteemed deans, chairmen, faculty members, and a vibrant group of students, creating a dynamic academic environment. Professor Uddin’s address highlighted emerging leadership challenges and opportunities shaped by globalization, inspiring critical thinking and meaningful dialogue among participants.
