Uttara University has proudly secured its position in the QS Asia University Rankings 2025, ranking 454th in Southern Asia and placed within 1401–1500 globally among thousands of participating universities across Asia.
This recognition marks a significant milestone for Uttara University as it continues strengthening its academic excellence, research capacity, innovation, and international collaborations. The QS Rankings, one of the most prestigious global ranking systems, evaluate universities based on key indicators such as academic reputation, employer reputation, research impact, and internationalization.
“This recognition by QS strengthens our vision of being a globally engaged and research-driven university,” said Professor Dr. Eaysmin Ara Lekha, Honorable Vice Chancellor of Uttara University. “We are extremely proud of our faculty, students, and administrative team whose dedication made this accomplishment possible.”
This year, 46 universities from Bangladesh appeared in the QS Asia Rankings list, 21 private and the rest public and Uttara University is honored to be recognized among them. This achievement reaffirms the university’s dedicated efforts to elevate the quality of higher education and contribute meaningfully to national development.
