This is for information of all concerned that as per decision of the university authority, from now on, any program or event to be organized by the students of any department, departmental alumni associations, or any other units will not be allowed to take place within the premises of Uttara University without obtaining prior written approval from the Office of the Proctor.
This protocol is being implemented to ensure proper oversight, maintain discipline, and uphold the integrity of the campus environment.
All concerned students, faculty members, administrative staff, departmental alumni associations, and other units are instructed to comply strictly with this directive. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the event or other disciplinary measures as deemed necessary.
Cooperation from all concerned is solicited in this regard.
