This is for information of all concerned that the Shoktikonna Leadership Cohort, jointly organized by the European Union in Bangladesh, The World Bank, GIZ Bangladesh, and Devtale Partners, is a transformative leadership development program designed exclusively for female students in STEM fields to empower them in the clean energy transition agenda. The program offers a specialized curriculum, international exchange opportunities, career placement support, networking, and leadership development.

Over the past years, two successful cohorts have been completed, with more than 100 graduates currently contributing significantly to the Renewable Energy sector of Bangladesh.

Applications for the 3rd Cohort of the Shoktikonna Leadership Program 2025 are now open. Female students, graduates, and alumni of Uttara University are highly encouraged to apply and take this opportunity to build their leadership capacity and contribute to the future of clean energy.
